  • Care Instructions for Metalware

    • When first using metal parts, clean them with a neutral detergent. Do not use abrasive sponges, metal scouring pads, or cleaners, as these can cause scratches.
    • Do not store or leave metal parts with dirt or salt residue on them. Do not use bleach.
    • After washing metal parts, wipe off all moisture thoroughly and allow them to dry completely.

  • About Frichti

    • The black color of Frichti is not a coated color.
    • The appearance of black color is created by viewing angle of oxide film color development.
    • Treated matte finish is by sandblasting which creates an ultrafine uneven surface indiscernible by the naked eye.
    • The treated surface will gradually become smooth with dull luster through repeated use.

  • About Charpente

    • A distressed texture with uneven surface (fine scratches) are deliberately treated on the surface.
    • Engravings may not be clearly visible due to the production process.
