MARUMITSU POTERIE products are made with clay and glaze that are most suited to the image of each series.Some may need special attention for handling and some may require special care. Please check the Care Guide according to Material Number on each item before placing an order.We hope our products will share delightful meal experiences with you for a long time.
Our system allows purchasing items that may not be in stock. We will contact you for a restock schedule of backorders or in case the item is discontinued.

Delivery Time
  • Standard shipping will take place within 2~3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Please contact us in case you do not receive the parcel 2 weeks after payment.
Returns & Exchanges
Although we strive to keep our products in the best condition, if you receive damaged or defective items, items that are not what you have ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.Inquiry / Contact us Please be advised that exchanges after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • ・Please hold the items. We will arrange for the courier company to collect the items to be returned.
  • ・In case you arrange international parcel forwarding services or choose to carry the items on your own, we will pack the items securely as possible with extra care upon your request.
  • ・Be advised we are only liable for damages of goods delivered to the destination within regions of Japan. Please inspect the items upon delivery and inform us immediately in case damages are found. Once the goods are forwarded from this point, we cannot arrange returns or exchanges nor be held liable.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as mistakenly placing orders for wrong items or buyer's remorse; impression difference from what you expected, etc.

We’re sorry, but we are unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates for international orders.
Gift Wrapping
We do not offer gift wrapping for international shipments. This is because international deliveries require sturdier packaging than usual, and proper wrapping may not be feasible, increasing the risk of damage.
Damage
When shipping internationally, packages cannot be treated as “fragile” items. We will pack your package very carefully to prevent damage, but there is always a risk when shipping fragile items such as ceramics. In the event of damage upon receipt, please contact the local shipping company directly.
Other
Customs duties and inspection fees incurred upon receipt are not included in the product price or shipping cost. If they arise, they must be paid by the customer.
