The French bistro-inspired Menu collection is simple, functional yet atmospheric. Red earthen clay is covered with a layer of white powder-clay before transparent glazing, so-called the traditional Japanese "kohiki" technique. It results in soft white and plumpy nuance. There are baked nuances on the rim and rustic iron in powder on the surface. The three sized plates are well balanced between the larger flat surface and wide rim. The other items are amuse, quiche, cocotte dishes and a mug. The items except for a mug are all oven safe, which will expand your repertoire of cooking menu.
